How It Works

Semi-Private Coaching

Individualized programming and coaching facilitated in a session of 2-4 people.


Best For: Clients who may have injuries they are working through, are newer to resistance training or have more specific goals.

Private Coaching

Individualized programming in a one-on-one session with a coach.

Best For: Clients with extremely specific needs or for those who are working on rehabbing significant injuries.

Classes

Weekly Large Group Classes

Best For: Best for people without major injuries who want to improve their general fitness, mobility and strength.

Performance

Up to 5 days/week of individualized programming, video
instruction and weekly email feedback with a Lift coach. ​

​

Best For: Clients who are independent in the gym, aren’t dealing with any significant injuries, but still want professional programming and guidance.
